EDIT: Price has been reduced for quick sale!!!!

We really don't want to sell but we need a bigger home. Here's your chance to pick up a TRUE perfect "10" home before it hits the MLS listing on Monday. We are located in the Desert Star Community located on the in the southwest corner of Lake Pleasant Road and Deer Valley in Northwest Peoria:

Live like royalty in this fantastic, beautiful home built by Centex. If you want a model home, this one is it. The only item that separates this home from the model at the end of the street is the bay window and an upgraded game room upstairs (model home has a 5th bedroom). With nearly $100,000 worth of upgrades, you can't go wrong. Relax on the back patio and enjoy a beverage to the sound of hand masoned 3 tier waterfall. Built from stone cut from the Grand Canyon (where else?), this unique lighted water feature has a look and and a sound all its own. Or take a dip in the salt water, self cleaning pebbletech pool.

wow, very nice. I hope someday to be able to have something that nice, in my area homes that look like that are myths. I hope you have an easy sell, I know its not really a sellers market in anything right now. -Aaron.

I live here. :-D

My realtor would buy this home in a minute if I lived in his area.

I took some more shots and included extras. Granted some of the lighting is not the greatest in the afternoon, but I think you get the idea.

Thanks!

You might be able to afford it. They're now doing 50 year loans. If you flip the home in 3-4 years, the equity alone will help you hop to a 30 year with ease.

Yea but theres no way I would get financed for 440,000+ I'm only 20 years old and don't have a long enough Credit line with high ammounts.

On a side note... on a 50 year loan.. what do you think the payments per month would be?

Not too sure, but I would guess around 6.25%, which on a 410K loan would be about $2100 a month. You'd have to put 10% down.
