The house looks great, but I wouldnt want to live that close to poeple.

The neighbors house looks like you can barely drive your pickup between the 2, not to mention its Pheonix and hot as hell.

How big is that lot ?

Not too bad actually. I think it's like a 1/5 acre. Let me check on it for you.

What's nice is my neighbors are all one story homes. Being surrounded by two story homes can really cause you to get claustrophobia.

Nice crib...it would probably go for $250,000 here although prices are rising. That being said the pool and garages are probably good for $100,00 themselves.

That was really 2 years ago? Damn  how time flies.
Edit: Btw, pretty sweet job.

Thanks! I put a lot of time into the back yard. It took me nearly 6 weeks to get the waterfall done. That was a big project. Getting all the stone to fit where I wanted it to and working under accelerated drying times made it a real challenge to get everything right.

But man does it sound and look great. I'm gonna really miss the waterfall. :(

BUT, I'm building a new, bigger one in our next home. :pepper:

Man that sure is a nice house you have,
if that house was here it would sell for at least $ 1.2 million dollars

My small 1/4 acre lot with a little 1300 sq ft 3 bedroom shack with a grannie house in the back of the lot ,
has been apraised for insurance purposes at around 750,000
The land is worth more that both houses on it,,,,,,,

Good nluck with your sale ,should be easy to sell your home
its so nice with a killer yard and all the upgrades

PS. you need a shot with the ROUSH F-150 out front

Beautiful home man. I just bought a 2100 sq. ft. home here for $140 and some change. The cost of living here is so damn cheap compared to the west coast. That house in Augusta would be about $260,000. It is a beautiful house and I'm sure it won't be on the market long. Good luck with the sale.

Bump for reduced price. Buy now because we just dropped the price 26K for quick turnaround. It won't last at this price for long.
