With a stock ride height terminator running the 17X9 rears with 285's does a wheel spacer help the appearance at all or are the wheel spacers just to give clearance with wider wheels like 305,315's? Remember reading or seeing someone thread about wheel spacers and it helping make the car look better by moving the wheel out a bit. Thanks, sorry to hijack, but I to am at stock ride height until I can afford coilovers.

Really? I had baer eradispeed +1's and it was the oppoosite.

I had to go to a bigger tire in the rear. It's 1 1/2" bigger in diamater than stock. I have way better grip with my 19's than my 17 nitto drags. Reason most guys on hear complain about tranction with 19's is becuase they use a thin tire. I think a 19/20 would be good for shows....I don't know about the street. I really like my 18/19 combo. Makes the girls drop their panties! :rockon:
