Now that I have the Stingers and I have a vert the stock Mach 460 isn't going to do the trick I don't think. I like to turn it up loud at times and the Stingers drone obviosly under throttle. Has anyone powered the stock system with a better amp? I'm look interested in spending more than a few hundred dollars at the moment until I get my Kenny Brown stuff done. Any recommendations are appreciated.

JVC MP3 CD player and a JL Audio 500/5 amp...
I droped a sub in the trunk of my vert. To my ear, that was all that was needed to dress up the factory system.
