I've been playing different sports all my life and I've had slumps with all of them, golf included. What I've found is I slack off or get lazy 1 or 2 seemingly minor aspects of my mechanics. The trick for me is to find it. With golf it's usually my alignment to my target. Most don't understand how critical it is because it will change how you route the club on the down swing. My advice is to go to the range. Warm up and then hit 5 balls. Step back and think about it. Think about each shot and how it felt. Make 1 change and 1 change only, hit 5-10 more shots and re-examine everything. Make sure your grip hasn't gotten to strong and you don't have to much tilt in your shoulders trying to lift the ball. Without a good look at your swing that's about all I have. Good luck.
