well i ran up to PBIR friday night to soak up some of the cold weather weve been having down here and to test out the new rear drop setup to see if my times suffered any. temp was a cool 65* and track prep was decent. best run of the night was a 12.75 @105.39 with a 1.81 60'. my previous best was 12.83 @106.5 with a 1.83 60'. the rear now has a 6'' flip kit and a shackle set on 1''. i was a little anxious to run after hearing all the negative feedback about flip kits and track times but the truck was leaving hard outta the hole, was surprised how stable/planted it felt. now im not saying a flip kit will be practicle or hold up to a truck with 550+ tq. but im very pleased with my times and drop together...heres a couple pics of the drop and a track vid from friday. oh yea my last pass on friday night was my 25th pass in the truck!!
