Back Up Lamps Aren't Working!!!

So i just noticed a couple days ago that both my back up lamps arent working. I changed the bulbs yesterday with some Recon LED's and it's still not turning on. I also changed the #11, 15a fuse for it and still nothing. Anyone got any idea on what i can do???

the trans switch or try flipping the LED bulb. they are polarity specific. I had the same thing happen when I put the LED's in. rotated them and they worked

I flipped one of them three times today and nothing happened. Where's the trans switch located at...is it under the shifter boot or do i have to get underneath the car???
