Any body had to replace their temperature/pressure sensor? I have been getting a service indicator light. The OBD error code is erratic inlet temperatures , I reset the code, and it comes back on in about 10 miles of normal driving. At idle, I hooked up my Predator and did real time monitoring of IAT2 temperature--all normal temperatures.

Anyone with this problem. My car is almost 4 years old with 34,000 miles.

I had to replace my air temp sensor once when i had maybe around 25,000 miles. The light came on and i hooked up the predator and it told me what code it was (which i forgot). I got the sensor at either kragen or autozone, i forgot. I think it was like 15 bucks. Its the one that goes into the air intake tube too the throttle body. Not sure if this is the same sensor you are talking about. Hope this helps.

erratic inlet temp would refer to the IAT1 sensor, in the inlet tube between the air filter and the throttle body.

it would say something about the charge air temp if its the IAT2 sensor.

Good explanation Shelby.

Its the IAT2 temperature which is not the inlet temp between the maf and the throttle body, but the temperture after the supercharger.
