badge removal

I'm brand new to the forum (just got a DSG 04 Lightning) and was wondering if anyone has removed the Lightning and/or SVT150 badges? Are they just stuck on or are there mounting holes? Not that I mind the design, but they're a little large for my taste and tend to attract trolls in civics (Fun to play with, but it does get old being challenged at every stoplight by rice boys ;-) )

I know for a fact that the side "Lightning" badges have adhesive and two posts that fit into holes on the upper front fenders. Not sure about rear "SVT-F150" badge. I would imagine that one has posts too.:-D

i beleive there are no mounting holes, but I haven't taken my SVT and Ford emblems off either and not planning on doing so either. I know people who took theirs off though

On other trucks, I HATE badges! But on the L I think they all look just fine.

Holes under all 3 emblems. Replace with F150s I guess?

I've removed all three badges on my last L. They all leave two holes with adhesive backing on the badge. I had the holes welded shut and painted over by a body shop. Much slicker look.
