Lots of people have run the Kenne Bell. I don't know about the Holley. Personally I'd rather upgrade the pumps.

Lots of people like the KB BAP. Haven't really heard anything about the other. They seem fairly reliable, but they run your pumps at a higher load than they were designed to. It seems to be ok reliability wise as you aren't running WOT 100% of the time, but larger pumps are a better solution when feasible.

Go to kenne bell website and read the PDF about how the BAP works. It's a misnomer that it overworks the pumps. it in fact will decrease the duty cycle while providing more fuel volume. It's a much more economical means to upgrading fuel supply without spending big $$$ on bigger pumps, unless of course your above the 650 HP range.
