Base fuel pressure and TPS for 97 Cobra?

I assume the base fuel pressure is supposed to be 39psi and the tps set to .96-.98 volts. Is this correct?

not sure on the FP, but the TPS is correct.. .96-.98 is perfect..

39 PSI is correct for the fuel pressure regulator.

....and unlike EECIVs (pre 96), the TPS voltage is relative so it doesn't matter if it is over 1v. If I recall the hard stop of the EEC to handle the range is about 1.2V, but long gone are the days where badness would happen if you were over .99v. Your range is stock. I found with some cams it is best to open the blade a bit instead of trying to tune it all with the EEC at idle.

39psi is correct
and the TPS should be .098-1.0
