I am assuming you are talking above the tile where it does not get wet. I have used Benjamin Moore's bath paint that comes in a matte finish. It is kind of expensive but does well with moisture. I have also used regular ceiling paint on the ceilings without any problems also. Since you are going with white I don't know if it matters. I am not a fan of using satin or semi-gloss for wall paint.

Some sort of non fiberglass three piece. Until I put an actual 3 piece F.G. surround on I'd like to paint (water will hit it when the shower is on) it.
