Battery box question?

Saw this car on eBay.

Ford : Mustang | eBay


1) What is the clear bottle in the battery box spot?

2) And what is the story with the computer box on the drivers side in the trunk? (My computer box is silver and not black). What does the box control? I thought it could be a LoJack box or something from a previous owner, but it's looks like a factory Ford unit.

Not sure what the bottle is for, some sort of overflow bottle. Computer box - are you ask about the battery box on the right side or the black box on the side just below the truck hinge? Not sure what the latter is for, however if I remember mine is silver colored also.

I would guess that bottle is water or methanol injection. The intake has also been modded with the filter in the fender.

The box on the driver's side is where the factory alarm box is and the keyless entry as I recall. That is all factory over there, not lojack.
