Ok this is my set up , a 2.8 upper , a 4lb lower , 3 100 mm and 1 90mm idlers , running a gates belt .....have chirping when start up when cold and chirping stops when car gets hot .....thought I had a bad idler because of wobble when cold .....changed Idler and still doing the same thing .....anyone had this problem ? It chirps like it's a belt but I ran this set up for a couple of weeks and then the chriping started and that's when I noticed Idler !

Tensioner maybe? maybe the belt is too tight... maybe you need an adjustable
