Belt length

I have an 04 with a 2.80 upper and a 4 piece billet flow idler kit with stock balancer. I was wondering has anybody tried this setup. If so what length belt are you using?

Size you would want is a 75.1"

Well I got that 75.1 belt and it's still too short. I'm going up to 76.5 I measured it and it's about this length.

you need to install the belt with the aux idler off, then put on the aux. The stock size is correct

Yes I do and with the 76.5 belt it's reading a tad outside the mark. Surprisingly it works well.

Yes and it read right outside the middle mark on the tensioner.

The sticker wasn't going on at all I removed the idler and everything to get more slack out of it and it still wouldn't clear the upper pulley.

You did it wrong then. I run a 74.5 on mine with the idlers, and snub idler. 2.76 upper, it works, I'm telling you.
