belt tensioner pics...too tight or ok

I am running a 2.8 upper 4pc BF idlers, with new snub bracket. I just put a new 74.5 gatorback belt on. Seems a little on the tight side. Not sure if the belt will stretch some after awhile. Should this be ok, or should I go with a bigger belt.
