I currently have a 25-061073 Napa belt on my vortech with a 3.33 pulley. I see a good amount of belt dust which I believe is from belt slip. I can not find a listing for a gates hd green belt for this size. Any help would be great.

It's on a 2v with stock 1 bolt tensioner

Check out AC Delco too. They have a green version too.

Are you sure your belt is the right length and your tensioner is good?

Brand new tensioner and this is what the shop that changed the pulley put on

The tensioner is I'm the middle but I can push the belt down a good ways by hand. Also when I get on it and it shifts the belt chirps

Contact Van at Revan Racing - he is an authorized Gates dealer and was able to find belt sizes I could not see on the internet.

There's only 2 sizes close in the Gates HD green close for you, the 106.3/8" which is an inch shorter and the 108.3/4" which is over an inch bigger. You could try the shorter and see if it will fit. The regular gates has a 107.1/8" too. FYI I use the regular 6 rib gates on mine with 14lbs of Boost!

Yeah this is the HD Green GATES K061058HD, that one is 13/16"X106.3/8"
the regular is GATES K061066, that one is 13/16"X107.1/8"
