best brake pads

hey just wondering what the best brake pads for our cars are... any help is appreciated! oh and spark plugs too if you could... ah and maybe wires...

Autolite 764s for plugs.
Wires, stock fords are good, ford racings, livewires.
brake pads will seriously depend on you use and kind of driving.
Elaborate on driving style. (Street, drag, open track)

BTW TR-55 Copper plugs work great and are cheap.

just bought some performance friction pads...seem like a pretty sweet pad.
Ill let you know when i put them on tomorrow
