Best Hyper White Bulbs to Purchase

I am just wondering what the best hyper white bulbs are to purchase these days. I do not want to purchase the HID kits that blind, and just want to know what guys are using that they are pleased with the look of.
Luminics?
Other Ebay Vendors?

I used to purchase from Prike Enterprises off of Ebay however they are no longer in business.
