"Best" is subjective and also entirely dependent on the modifications done to your car...

Currently i have a custom exhaust, egr delete, walbro fuel pump, 30# injectors, and ford racing 9mm wires.
The write up was good but didnt mention the 94-95 5.0 cobra

Good plug for the aluminum heads. If hes got the stock GT40 heads, then the Autolite or Motorcraft copper plug that will work for that application.

Thats what the manual calls for. I've always kept it between .045-.055 and the car seems to enjoy that just fine. All stock ignition as well.
