Best way to fix exhaust leak

Like it says above, ive tightened down all bolts on the exhaust system and it still sounds like a leak around the passenger side connection of the factory headers and my x-pipe. Any way to fix it?? Its driving me CRAZY!

Mine did the same thing. I went to the parts store and got some of the orange silicone crv gasket maker. I put a beed of it on the flange and bolted it back up. I gave it about 20 min. to set up enough to drive it. The exhaust leak is gone, and it has not come back in 20,000 miles.

I just had one when I put my prochamber on, same side. What we did was, let the exhaust warm up for a few minutes so the gasket would expand, lossen the bolts and then re-tighten. Took care of it. It might get a better seal when the gasket expands.
