Best way to match a number with a name?

I have a phone number and I don't know whose it is? What are some of the best sites that yall use. I know that there is one that will do this.

super pages just tells me that it is a land line and the city that it is located in, any way to get an address or name?

Go to your local library or the biggest one you can find ... many of them have a reverse lookup of for some cities ... the other thing you can do, since you know the city and state is call information .. they should be able to tell you who it is registered to unless it is a non listed number
