Has any one had this issue with their pulleys? They were like this when I bought the car last year. All of them have grooves in them.

Is the belt wearing grooves or is the anodizing wearing off? It looks like it is the anodizing wearing off since the idlers run off the flat side of the belt. I believe the first gen BilletFlow idlers did not have a hard coat anodizing and it eventually wears away. I remember seeing it happen especially to the colored idlers.

It could be the anodizing I guess. The belt looks good. I’m about to put a new belt on and didn’t know if I should try and clean the pulleys up or not.

Ok, You should be alright with a cleaning and a new belt. The new BilletFlow idlers come with a hard coat anodizing so this shouldn't happen if and when you are ready to replace these. You could even try calling BilletFlow and seeing if they can have them re anodized.
