Thanks to all of you for the referral to billetflow products. After watching a pulley removal/reinstall go terribly difficult i was reluctant to try it myself.
I got the 2.93 billetflow with billetflow puller/installer, and 10 minutes later i was laughing at how easy it was(by myself)! Saving a few bucks typically saves you nothing!

thanks again

you bought the best and with it comes peace of mind...

if needed, you will always be able to get ahold of Doug for technical support and you can also have the utmost confidence that you'll be able to put your stock pulley back on very quickly and safely

the best part is that in addition to saving money, you can proudly say that you did it yourself!

It's a shame that some people go through life with such negativity....

well, I was there at Bowling Green last year when you approached Doug and he told you to bring the car around to the Amazon Racing trailer and he would look at it

you didn't do that and stated later in this forum that "you knew you couldn't bring your car to the vendor area"

did you even try? did you come back and ask us to escort you past security?

NO....you just left and Doug never heard from you again until you started bitching on here

you had the opportunity to get tech support for your issue and you chose not to.....now please tell me how it is that you perceive that to be the fault of BilletFlow? :??:

Sure it looks good and that is why I bought it.. It dosent idle for SH*T and had to mod it with a big spring to keep it closed at idle

Nice of you to find a few negitive quotes over the last 3 years :D

You forgot to quote my post from here :cryying:
http://www.svtperformance.com/forums/showthread.php?t=141756&page=8&pp=25

I heard your story before dude and you have the only negative report about the BF throttle body yet (at least that I know of). HA-HA have you tried to work out the idle issues with the Accufab’s TB that's yes designed off a 2000 cobra R not like the BF Tb that was made yes for the 2003 Cobra. I'm not saying Accufab makes a bad Tb it just doesn’t look as good and is not at a higher quality then BF imop. They all have issues and I have heard of some needing to use a spring just for it to work. If I remember correctly he said A while back he would buy it back from you but you acted like and a$$ to Doug and then he tried to buy it back for $200 (which I thought was awesome considering how you treated him) as a last resort and you still was just complaining about that day and how they wouldn’t let you into the area so Doug could take a look at the Tb. I mean dude I really find that hard to believe that you just gave up and said forget it on a high priced item like that. If it was me and I had the opportunity to have Doug help me with my throttle body if it had issues I would have jumped all over it. You never know he could have figured something out to straighten out your idle. I would have parked my car if they didn’t let you in and walked back and said , "Doug they won't let me in can you come with me." I know how much these things cost (I just bought one I should know) and I have seen the quality first hand and know with out a doubt that if I have any problems with the install Doug will be the first to know and with no questions asked help me trouble shoot because as Doug says time and time again most of the time it's mainly just a problem with the install. Sorry I know this isn’t really my business as it's with you and Doug but it kind of makes me mad as I bought almost everything that BF offers and his products are just so awesome and were so lucky he makes them for our cars. Think WHAT if we didn’t have Billetflow? All there would be is Accufab. Either way if I have issues with my throttle body I'm not going to whine and complain on here, I'm going right to the source and figure things out and I know Doug will take care of it. End Rant

I am glad to know there are vendors like Billetflow still out there. I sell over 300 aftermarket lines, and most of them dont give a rat's ass about their quality and or their customers. I just bought my cobra and have less than 900miles on it. I will be placing an order very soon from him for most of his products, just from the good things I have read.
