Hey Guys,

Just wondering if the .10 - .15 discount on gas at BJ's has anyone thinking of buying their gas?

Does anyone know the quality... Is it like Mobil or Hess?

Thanks
David

I use it at the BJ's in Leominster whenever I'm up that way. Never had any problems with it.

I've used regular in the Jeep and van and the premium in the Cobra a handful of times. Seems to work just fine. It was $1.69 for reg and $1.86 for premium this past Sunday.

A friend of mine works for Mercedes Benz. He had three or four cars come in last summer with all the same problem. The injectors were getting all gummed up and smoking the motors. Turns out it was the gas. the customers were all from the same area and had used the same gas station.(Mobil) They had the gas syphoned from the tanks and sent it to the lab....the fuel had a high content of seawater mixed in with it, when combined with the additives in the fuel it started to gum up the injectors....nice huh. :nonono:

Like I said guys, it could be the bottom of the barrel.
It's the old saying "you get, what you pay for! "

LightninMike, it's time for a twin-turbo option on the Lightning,

not bottom of the barrel
gas is gas, it all comes out of the same tanks as any where else
now the tanks at the station could be junk or if the tanks are old they may have sediment in them, this is why i go to two stations near my house that have been redone and have new tanks with in the last 2 years
