I just did rear brake rotors and pads yesterday and today when I brake hard the brake light comes on then goes away when I release the pedal. :bash:
Anyone have this prob, or know the fix. I bled the rear brakes after I replaced all the parts and I refilled the brake RES. afterward. Any help or ideas would be greatly appriciated. I'd hate to have to take it to a dealership :poke:

Thanks.....Ken

It could be the abs sensor did you take it off and not bolt it back in or maybe it is dirty mine was coated with fine metal shavings and dirty grease. No that would make the abs light go on. I got it thats right in our patrol cars crown vics this happens all the time when braking hard the brake fluid shifts in the reservoir. If it is a little low it causes the light to flicker telling you your fluid is low. You probably bled the brakes and just did not put enough fluid in. Top it off and take it out this should fix the problem.
