They look like they work great, there are a ton on EBAY. Type in rear license plate hide and you'll find em. Then you can youtube it to see it live on a car, pretty badass.
Cool thought but IMO if your doing anything stupid enough to require your plate to be hidden i feel you would be more cautious than usual. Personally knowing my luck id forget to put it back down and a cop will stop me asking whats that remarkable device consealing my plate -__-
