Send it in. Mine did the same, got a new one. Then the video cut out and I got ants marching along with the sound from the game, got a new one again.

New one? They didn't send your old unit back to you?

I hope they fix it right the first time. This sucks not being able to play. The PS2 isn't nearly as fun. How long did it take to get it back to you?
