blew a plug

I blew a plug out with inserts done by a good shop. please the guys with aftermarket heads, where is the best bag for the buck place to buy a set.

I had my heads done with the inserts and Comp sprins and valves. I'm debating on just getting 03 or 04 stock heads and transfer the good stuff on.

That's what I'd do.

When I finally get my ported heads, they will be '04 heads. I aint messing around with inserts.

anybody have any idea if the Ford dealer sells stock 03, 04 bare heads, and how much are they??
