I have an 03 cobra with Division x dual fuel and dual 340lph pumps. Had the system for 4 years no problems. But have now within the past 2 or 3 months it has burnt through 3 sets of pumps. relays were getting hot in turn burning wires and relays. Had Svt certified specialist rewire with new harness. now have went through the third set of pumps after 15 min of driving. Need help any suggestions on what to look at.........

Assuming NOTHING else was changed I would look at your fuel filter, regulator setting and power wire gauge size.
I would also check grounds.
