BMW M5 vs GT500

They try to state that the GT500 was a 13/14 with the 5.8L and 670hp. Clearly it was a 10-12 GT500 with lesser hp. But besides that fact I believe a 13/14 would be able to score the win.

Twin turbo and 7 speed tranny, that's tough car to hang with on the street. especially modified. They can easily make 25-30 PSI if you crank up the boost. They were slightly faster midrange and top endvs the 10 cylinder m5 that tt/v8 motor replaced.

Yea I just clicked on the link again and they changed it. You can see from the comments that they had it based of a 13/14 GT500.

Seems foolish to not use a 13/14 but - maybe lesser is what would fit their agenda better.
