Not that it’s my business, but I can’t see a good reason for payment method preventing the transaction… There are so many ways to pay for stuff these days electronically, and if those don’t work there’s always a good old money order or personal check!

Curious as to why this is any of your business? Are you interested in the tuner? Or just trolling?
I know the exact part number I need from SCT. So my question was for accountability.
