Bob White Reflective Inserts??

I was wondering if anyone knows how (or what to use) to remove Bob White Reflective Inserts on a 03 cobra rear bumper.

I'm not sure, but what I would do is heat the inserts up with low heat from a hair dryer. That'll heat up the adhesive and make them easier to remove and then I would grab all the residue with some goo-gone or something.
