Well after jay from real street performance took the motor apart this is what we got....

only hurt one piston and the block is in good shape

I would gather that you were running a bit on the lean side.

Id like to see a picture of the block. I find it hard to believe in the condition of that piston the wall didn't even so much as get a nick on it.

Was that on 7 or 8? Also what was your mods and WOT A/F ratio? Also what was the amount of nitrous? I'm assuming that it was a wet shot. Glad that the block and the heads are reported to be okay.

^^^100 shot it says in the sig.

Yep.. looks like it was running on the lean side and started detonating. Speed was not the cause.

Dude .. you don't have very good luck with cars .. from your sig:

What about the head or valves...was probably exhaust side of piston. The iron MIGHT have survived but at that kind of heat I would love to see the valves and head surface.
