Boss lower grill?

I have a 2012 GT with the stage 3 VMP TVS on it. I had to cut quite a bit off the lower grill on my car. I really like the way the lower Boss grill looks and was thinking about getting one for the car. If I get one of those will it also have to be trimmed or does the VMP heat exchanger fit behind it with out cutting?

I dunno I have an RTR lower fasiac area and had to cut A LOT of it to get it to fit.
