Wasn't sure what forum to put this in but, did they get exclusive rights to the name? Or just the "Boss" with no numbers/letters following, like "Boss 302"?

think I figured it out. Shinoda has "Boss", but any name with numbers added is still clear. so Boss 280, 330, etc, still possible. same with the GT-40 name in reverse.
I am pretty sure that they have the "Boss Shinoda" TMed
