Brake hard line fitting size help

So i’ve been in the process of doing a cts-v brembo conversion front and back on my 97 cobra and have questions about hard line fittings. I believe i bought 2 sizes ( 7/16 and 3/8) or something like that. Just realized i have a 7/16th on the drivers and a 3/8th on the passenger...is that correct? Ive looked all over and can’t seem to find an answer other than front may be different from side to side. Also, for the rears, does anyone know what thread those hard line fittings are? I basically intend to redo the hard line that goes from rear pass side to rear drivers side. Took out the whole line from the little T type fitting on the pass rear cause i think that’s the only way i’ll be able to add ss brake lines in the back. Any help would be appreciated.
