brake light keeps coming on

I was watching some videos of me running at LACR during the night, and i noticed my brake lights kept coming on during each shift. I had the traction control off, is it possible that the traction control isn't disengaging? anyone else experience this?

I have seen two 03 cobra's at the track (1/4 mile) and both car did the same thing. It looked like it took place during shifts..............?
