I just rebuilt the front Brembo's on my 2012 Boss (new seals/dust boots). I didn't split them in half, just cleaned them & installed the seals, lubed the pistons with brake fluid & reinstalled them in the calipers then put the calipers back on the Boss. I bled them then hit the brakes & nothing...no front brakes at all. Rear brakes work fine. Am I missing something here...anyone else have this happen to them. Just seems like the pistons are stuck & aren't moving outward into the pad...should I have used something other than brake fluid on the pistons to place them back in?

Did you bleed both sides of the caliper (inside, outside, inside) to be sure the air was out?

FWIW I went through at least two motul jars to get it bleed.

I'll have to check into the Brembo seal conditioning fluid. Yeah, bled both sides of the calipers. I'm wondering if the ABS module has air in it & needs bled?
