Brembo rotor discoloration

Is the discoloration on the rotor normal? The passenger side looks like the outside of this rotor. Not sure if the shiny part is normal.

is it a dark blue hue? IF so, you have overheated the rotor and pads and its time to change out and flush the fluid. Hard to tell if its a blue hue in this photo or not.

I'll have to check on my lunch but I don't think it has a blue hue. This car never sees the track and is my DD.

No blue hue at all.

Edit : the shiny are feels like it has scoring on it. Any ideas?
