I understand your love for the 300 six...but I spent a bunch of time in a manual/4.9 '96 F150 and it was a dog... Buddy's 5.0/5sp of the same vintage was way more entertaining to drive.(maybe it was the exhaust note...?)Not bad.
But a clean, unmolested base model with a manual and 4.9 would be better.

I was sad to run across this 5.0/5sp/3.55 '95 Bronco on Copart...couldn't have been many made.

Too bad the M5R2 manual trans of that vintage was complete garbage.(as evidenced by the 3600lbs tow rating)
That 300 inline was bullet proof. Basically a diesel in today’s world.
If I drove that around my town I would be getting offers of $40-50k every day. I've had ridiculous offers for mine at the corner store and notes left on the truck in my driveway wanting to buy it. If you want an appreciating truck I suggest jumping on one if you have a good deal.
That's pretty clean. Might even been cleaner than my 1996 Eddie Bauer (w/104k miles). How many miles are on it?
Looks like a 1992-1996 Eddie Bauer.
It's a 96 with 220k on it.
That makes me feel better since mine is about to roll over 205k here the next time I drive it.It's a 96 with 220k on it.

How does the inside and underside look? Being last year and Eddie Bauer make it high demand. Miles are a bit high, but it looks very clean.
You going to resell it?
