I have a slight problem (well people have been saying that to me for years but that's another story)...
I have a 2003 Ford Explorer and when bought new in Oz you could get a hard plastic bug shield and headlight protectors as optional accessories. Well, the car got caught in a hail storm just before Christmas and both the hooh shield and headlight protectors got smashed.
Here's the thing though, because Ford stopped bringing in the Explorers, they've just let parts dwindle down and run out of stock so now I can replace wither item locally. Steve (FordSVT Parts) has also told me that their not a stocked item in Ford USA either. :bash:
Steve's been looking around for me but the pickings seem VERY slim.

Can someone (anyone) please tell me where I might be able to purchase a set of clear hard plastic headlight covers and a clear hard plastic bug shield. It's going through insurance and they're prepared to pay the freight cost - I just need to find the parts.
I know you can get soft plastic headlight protectors but want to replace the ones I have with same.
Any and all help will be repaid with a dancing chilli ---->
