build date for 2002 which cylinder heads

Would a 2002 that was built on January 23, 2002 have the heads with more threads or less?

Most likely not. Don't get super hung up on those heads though.

Dont base buying a truck solely on the heads.

For what its worth, theres no definitive date of cut off. But anything after march 03 is generally safe. Early 2003 trucks had 4 threads
