build motor+2.9 Whipple+ 100shot= ?

This is more about the guys running a whipple and added a 50-100 shot, My qestion is witch one is better and where to have the shot port or installed at. Also what or witch one sold i get or recommend? in case i get asked im going to run 24-25psi on e85 on non crusher setup and yes fuel system its set up for 1400hp
