Built 2002 True Blue *Pics Added 9/8/08* Last Post*

It's a 2002 True Blue Lightning. The truck has just over 83,000 miles and the new built motor has less than 3,000 miles on it. The truck has seven, 1/8th mile passes on the new motor, 4 on low boost (14lbs, 93 octane and street tune) and 3 on the race setup (18-19lbs, C-16 fuel). It ran 7.32@93 on the street setup and 6.91@101 on the race setup. All of these passes were on a friend's 30" M/T drag radials. Based on 1/8th mile times, the truck should run 10.6's - 10.8's in a 1/4 mile. I also have another upper pulley that should raise the boost to around 20lbs. Dyno #'s are 593hp/613tq street tune, and 649hp/701tq race.

The motor was built, setup and tuned by Arthur Todd, owner of AVT Performance in Conway, SC.

Additional mods are:
Heads - Done by JLP Performance - everything new
Comp Cams Stage 2 cams, degreed in by AVT
Ported lower intake
Kenne Bell 2.3 Supercharger w/ JLP Sheetmetal Plenum
JDM 108mm Intake tube
SCT2400 Mass Air
Accufab Single Blade Throttle Body
Metco Aux Idler Pullies 90mm street / 100mm Race
EGR Delete
Walbro 255 fuel pumps
Upgraded, larger fuel line from tank to fuel rails
60lb injectors
Custom ss braided fuel pumpout line w/AN fittings
JDM electric fan kit w/170* t-stat
Navigator water pump
Manual Intercooler Pump Switch for track use
AVT Oil Seperator System
JDM Heat Exchanger
Kooks long tube headers
JDM catless midpipe w/ Vercious resonators
JDM Silver Bullet Catback
Strange Adjustable rear shocks
QA1 Adjustable front shocks
JDM front drag springs
Calipers modified to fit 15" wheels
Tranny:
PI 2400 stall
4x4 larger pan
JDM line mod valve
I have a brand new trans cooler - not installed
Dual guage pod with Autometer Boost and Wideband A/F
Seat Covers - Wet Okele with "Lightning" stitched in backrests
Relocated Cruise Control and fuse box for better access

The paint on the truck is in great shape. The front bumper and hood have been repainted to eliminate rock chips and the grills on the truck were color matched to the truck. The Lightning badges have been acetoned to all chrome. I have a pair of Hoosier QT Pro, 28x10x16 tires on M/T Baja? wheels that have plenty of passes left. I also have a fiberglass bed cover that goes with it as well.
I don't have pics yet, but do have video.

Bump. Hopefully have pics later today.

I didn't get around to the pics yet. The tropical storm has kept everyone at work busy securing our customers boats. Maybe Saturday or Sunday.
Thanks Tim03Cobra. Good luck with yours.
