Yeah, that does seem like a lot of work/cost. But, buying a new built engine and having someone bolt up all the stuff from your current engine might cost just as much or more.a lot of it has to do with cost for labor, they will have to break my twin kit down, take motor out, open it up and all that machine work and then put back together.. almost think that would cost just as much as a new motor lol but shoot, idk. I gotta talk to a shop that knows what they are doing with these coyote motors
Definitely check out @Injected Engineering or VMP/Power By The Hour. (I believe they work together on some of the more complex/bigger builds.) Those are the 2 shops I have on my shirt list. There are others that are great as well. JPC and JDM come to mind. ( I always do research on stuff like this.)
Which kit would you go with? I was looking at the 1000MMR kit. I don't think I'd reach 1,000HP, (more like 700-800), depending if I can run E85 out here, which is hard to get in MA.
