Buying a Cobra in Houston

Hi,
I have just had an SY vert inspected in the Houston area at a dealer and it showed up that it had mods done to it.
In the trunk so was there a predator programmer, it has long tube headers, a maganaflow exhaust without cats, IRS brace, bilsteins all around. it is pullied, Size unknown, K&N air filter.
I'm wondering if anyone here knows anything about this car ?
