I know that if I buy vehicle in Az, I dont pay sales tax and no registration fees either. Besides paying the registration here in Calif, what else do I pay to register it here? Im trading my wifes 2003 Tahoe, for either a lifted F150 crew cab or a Chrysler 300C.

Hmmm, there might be a transfer fee from state to state?? I'm not too sure though.
call the DMV. the thing that i always tell people that buy out of state is to make sure its smog legal. ive had friends get great deals on hondas from back east only to find out the motor is a non US available JDM motor or have a bunch of illegal parts and they end up spending thousands getting it legal.
