buying an 03

i read the post about ticking problems, and it makes me think twice about purchasing one.
is this a common problem with the new cobras?
are there any other problems with the 03?

were you cars built early on
i remeber hearing on stangnet that some of the early production run cars had alignment problems.
are these cars with ticking problems, from earlier production runs?

i really would like to own one but hearing about problems makes me worry.

I had the alignment and the vibe. problems and they were fixed. I do not have the tick and I was a first run production. If you go for the '03, you will not regret it. Good luck in your decision.

I was worried too. But as of now I have been problem free. My car was produced 04/01/03

I havn't had any problems with mine. Mine was built in February. Test drive one if you can and that will instantly make up your mind.

It looke like a coin flip (50/50) if you get a ticking car. Supposedly there is a new head design coming out. I hope it is soon.
