Bypass valve operation. Open close points?

Anybody know what the opening and closing setpoints are for the bypass valve vacuum motor?

Fully open above ? in/Hg

Fully closed at and below ? in/Hg?

I've never checked but it'd be easy enough to just put a hand vacuum pump on and see.

Yes exactly. Would be great if anybody can check or knows a proper ford spec.

I am working on an eaton swap but do not have a terminator bypass valve. The one I have may be wonky. Just trying to see where Ford designs the open and close points.
